Outstanding Canyoning Experience with Canyon Adventures

We booked a canyoning adventure with Canyon Adventures in Lake Garda for a friend’s 30th birthday, and it exceeded all of our expectations! Our guides, Jordi and Juan, were not only incredibly professional but also made sure everyone felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Their expertise and passion for what they do were clear from the start, and they managed to make the adventure both thrilling and enjoyable for our whole group.

To top it off, they went the extra mile by organizing a surprise cake and sparkling wine celebration at the end, which made the day even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and their warm, friendly approach created unforgettable memories for all of us.

STAY AWAY, tourist trap! We booked the full Johanna tour (after the website mentioned it is good for beginners and not to hard). After arriving to the starting point we were hesitant and told by the guide that it’s ok to switch to a different tour (an easier one). They made us wait 3 hours in their car, without our phones or any way to go home, and then took our money and said they are not able to give us a different tour and that it is our problem that we booked this tour. Not even apologized once for waisting our time and money, and we missed our only chance of canyoning in lake grade.

Regardless they mention this trip is 3.5 hours inside the water but our group was only 2 hours in the canyon. They are liars and irresponsible and I definitely recommend to stay away! Stole our money and half a day that we would not get back. Other companies around are much more...

We went for a beginner's canyoning tour in August. Our guide was Aljaž from Slovenia, who proved to be extremely qualified, friendly and calm, not to mention very interesting to talk to. The tour was fantastic and the experience was definitely memorable. At no point did we feel unsafe or pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with (although we did want to do all the slides and jumps!). The guide explained everything well, both in English and German language. After the tour we were treated to tea and cookies which was a very pleasant surprise! Aside from the tour itself the communication with the company was great, everything was explained well and they offered to pick us up and drop us off where it was convenient for us.
