I snowboard all around the world and I’d give this place 0 stars if it was possible. Arrived and paid for passes, just warming up, down the slope 3 times. Then told we had to go back down due to the wind. Ok, I’m fine with that, it happens and you can’t predict the weather. I went up to the desk to get my refund as I’d literally just got there. I was told there was no refund policy. Literally doesn’t happen anywhere else. I’ve been snowboarding Stelvio Pass all summer and whenever they had to close early, I got a pass for the next day free of charge. Just shocking customer service. I had a fantastic experience with Fabio Conti, a paragliding instructor from Livigno Paragliding1. He was very skilled, friendly, and fun. He explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and relaxed. The flight was awesome. We flew over the beautiful mountains, valleys, and lakes of Livigno. I went on a tandem flight with a mountain guide and paragliding pilot service in Livigno, Italy. The guide’s name was Emanuel and he was awesome. He was super friendly, professional, and knew his stuff. The flight was out of this world. We flew over the gorgeous mountains, valleys, and lakes of Livigno. The view was stunning and the feeling of flying was amazing. Emanuel even let me control the paraglider for a bit, which was so cool.
