Amazing views of the whole lake and well worth a visit. However, please be aware of the road and parking situation!
There are parking spots near the main road and then you have quite a steep walk up, partly with stairs as it is very steep. Alternatively you can drive up and park right at the top. But this is where it gets tricky. There are limited parking spots available but the sign at the bottom entrance will tell you if there are any left. The road up is very very steep! The pedestrian path next to it is stairs, and the road runs at the same angle so you can get an idea of how steep. It is also narrow, so if another car comes from the front you will have to reverse or navigate your way around them at that steep angle. Some of the u turn bends are so sharp that you have to reverse to get around it.. Again at a steep angle. Next you have to get through a very narrow arch right at the top. Our car just barely fit through it with centimeter to spare on each side. Roofbox on top was ok! Finally you reach the top for a cramped parking area, still at a steep angle. What I am trying to say is if you want to park at the top and miss the hike up then you need to be a very confident driver and not afraid of hights. The walk up looks nice but we had elderly people in our car so had to drive. Parking is free en entry is free. Hope you find...
