Auch Oster Montag um 16:15 gibt es Pizza, meine Tochter erhielt Ihre Pizza Prosciutto in nur 5min alles frisch und alles lecker! Und die war riesig und lecker!

Even on Easter Monday at 16:15 I can get Pizza Prosciutto for my (ever hungry) daughter, in only 5min, all fresh und delicious! And al really giant one!

March 2018, again Al Torchio time! Briefly after 17:30 opening time half Pizzeria was filled, better Reserve a table timely 👍

Still same excellent quality, presented by a skilled waiter, in his style well received, all served so rapid and more important hot and fresh, good service!

High quality traditional Italian ristorante, excellent or as my daughter stated "super lecker"! Grilled vegetables at it's best spiced and a dream of Beef Carpaccio tastes very well in this friendly restaurant with it's family style athmosphere, We will enjoy...

I never would have thought I'd have some of the best gluten free pizza I've ever had at a small, no-frills pizzeria in a tiny town up a very steep hill. But that's exactly what happened at Pizzeria Al Torchio.

We drove over from nearby Gargnano, and the line was out the door with people waiting for tables. After maybe 25 minutes, we were seated, and got to look over their nearly 15-page menu with every pizza imaginable listed in Italian, German, and English. The pizzas came out hot and super fresh, and they were both super enjoyable. The service was prompt and efficient, and while the atmosphere left a bit to be desired, it was perfect for a quick meal.

Normalerweise, hätte das Restaurant Pizzeria Al Torchio 4 oder sogar 5 Sterne erhalten. Warum dann nur 3 Sterne? Wir hatten die Tortelli Tartufo und eine Pizza Tirolese bestellt. Die Bedienung kam an den Tisch und hatte auf dem Teller Risotto Tartufo. Daraufhin sagten wir der Bedingung, dass das Essen nicht für uns sei. Wir hatten Tortelli bestellt. Die Bedienung nahm das Gericht zuerst wieder mit. Dann kam die Bedienung bei der ich bestellt hatte und meinte ich hätte das Risotto mit Reis bei ihm so bestellt. Ich sagte dann zu ihm, dass ich bestimmt keinen Reis bzw. Risotto bestellt habe. Vielleicht hat er ja etwas falsch verstanden. Dann sollten wir das Risotto mitnehmen und er würde dann die Tortelli bringen. Was sollen wir mit einem Essen, welches nicht bestellt wurde. Nach einiger Diskussion, hat meine Frau das Risotto dann angenommen und gegessen. Ich bat die Bedienung dann um 2 Tortelli zumindest zum probieren. Diese wurden dann auch gebracht. Beim Bezahlen kam vom Restaurant bzw. Der Bedienung weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine kleine Wiedergutmachung in Form zweier Espresso oder Cappuccino. Alternativ hätte man uns auch die beide Tortelli ohne Berechnung geben können. Nichts davon geschah. Daher war für uns klar, das die Bedienung sich ganz klar im Recht sah und wir als Kunde falsch bestellt haben. Dieses Verhalten ist weder kundenfreundlich noch einem Service eines gut geführten Restaurants würdig. Nur aufgrund des guten Geschmack des Essens, vergeben wir noch 3 Sterne. Ansonsten wäre das Urteil noch deutlicher ausgefallen (1 Stern), da solch ein Verhalten, das nicht bestellte Essen aufzwingen, gegenüber einem Gast...
