Such a beautiful beach but also convenient, the parking lot is literally on the beach. I admit that I avoid coming here in the peak months because it does get crowded. Very crowded. However, avoiding it, you have the beach and the view of Spanish tower all to yourself, and walk on the sand without any disturbance (like the photo and video)

È una delle belle spiagge di Chia. Si trova a destra del promontorio su cui è situata la Torre di Chia. Vicino c'è un posteggio a pagamento ( 8 euro al giorno, 4 per mezza giornata ed accesso ai bagni pubblici per 0.50 euro) da cui si può accedere direttamente in spiaggia. C'è sabbia bianca, in mare cristallino e fondali bassi per quasi un centinaio di metri. L'arenile prosegue a sinistra, senza interruzione con la Spiaggia di Monte Cogoni. Sulla spiaggia, sono presenti anche 2 stabilimenti balneari. Nel margine sinistro, alla base dells scogliera, parte un breve sentiero, inizialmente ripido e roccioso, che diventa poi stretto ed in piano, che porta alla larga strada che sale fino alla Torre di Chia ( attualmente chiusa per scavi archeologici in prossimita'..) e che scende poi alla spiaggia di Su Porto. Più vivibile in giugno, molto affollata in alta stagione. Bel panorama.

Awesome golden fine sand descends slowly into the blue sea. Great for families, the water temperature feels higher than on other steeper beaches. Parking costs 8€ per day you can only book full days. Cheaper prices if you arrive after 16:00/4 pm

The best part of my entire trip to the south of Italy!!! What a beauty this beach is!!!! The water is SPECTACULAR!!!! Lovely and calm too! The beach has beautiful, soft sand. Here is some practical info Getting there - there are several busses from the central bus depot that go every hour. Remember there are buses only every hour so if you miss it, you have to wait long time! The ticket is about 3.50 euro from Cagliari. Bus timings are available on the movit app. Or google maps If you want to drive there isnis possible to rent a car or a taxi. There is a large parking area There is no food on the beach. Only drinks. You can carry your own food or eat just a little before the beach where there is a lovely little restaurant. There are toilets and changing rooms in the parking lot which are very clean. Even the drink kiosks have toilets and changing rooms which are super nice. To return, the buses stop quite early in the evening so pls check the timings. Alternatively you can book a taxi from Cagliari to take you back

I really liked this chilled out beach. It was touristy but not in a loud or expensive way. There was a relaxed homely vibe to it which i loves It’s great for kids too as there is plenty of space and it’s very safe. There are small places for children to play too If you are a big group there are nets for volleyball

You can rent beach umbrellas here and beds. I don’t know what they cost because I didn’t use them!!

Don’t have second thoughts! Go...

To my taste this is the best beach I've been to in the area of Cagliari. Unfortunately, parking is not free. There is a toilet/shower, again not free. But the beach is big and clean. You can rent a kayak or a boat. The entrance to the tower is not free as well but you can climb up just to enjoy the view and not bother yourself with paying for entering the building. Might be a bit windy/wavy, but still good do swim. Kayak is 10 euro per hour per person. Definitely recommend renting one and have a tour across this and the...

Paradise! There is parking place near the beach that cost 8 euro a day and toilet with shower at the parking space. Beach is just stunning with beautiful sand and crystal clear sea. There is a lot of free place. Not really crowded. There is also a beach bar (stabilimento). 2 beds and umbrellone costs 50 euro. Everything in stabilimento looks organised....
