Absolutely Fantastic Experience! And worth every penny. I can’t say enough good things about this pasta-making class. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel welcome and at ease. The setup was beautiful, the ingredients were fresh, and everything was organized in a way that made the process feel fun rather than intimidating. We learned how to make two types of pasta from scratch, and the instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and full of great tips that I’ll definitely use at home. It was hands-on the whole time—kneading dough, rolling it out, shaping it—and they made sure everyone was involved and having fun. The best part? Sitting down together at the end to enjoy the fruits of our labor with a glass of wine. The food was absolutely delicious, and knowing we made it ourselves made it even better. Highly recommend this experience for couples, families, or anyone who loves food and wants a genuine, friendly time.

We explored original bronze dies, a steam-powered mill, and basalt floors before enjoying delicious entrées and pasta with traditional sauces. Generations already making pasta. An inspired owner who is fun to talk to and takes the time to answer questions. However, it would be better for the group not to stand around an iPad but to look at a larger TV. The surprisingly delicious pasta at the end was a delight in the mouth.
