I Have been to Hoku on 11th of May. I travel every two weeks and don’t normally like eating at hotels’s restaurants but on this occasion my wife was tired so we had no option. We arrived at hotel at 7:30 , reception lady and manager were very good, Hotel looks great. At restaurant we were served by a young staff called Abdul and he was outstanding. Staff that received us at door ( Antonio c.) and later brought us to our table was not very good and affected negatively the image of restaurant and Hotel as well. As restaurant staff he should do his best to accommodate a customer, I know he could do better but he didn’t care. Please improve your attitude as it will make experience at hotel and restaurant more positive I have many restaurants so I know how it works. This comment is intended to be...
Read moreWe went to eat something only in Hoku Restaurant, but we have to tell this place was the worst in whole Italy until now. We got prefabricated frozen bread, potatoes, almost burned fish with burned grilled vegetables. I asked a sushi cripsy shrimp roll, but it had only oily taste and nothing more.. We got broken glass for a water, empty soya sauce glass for sushi. After finally we explained to the waiter their service is horrible and sent back sushi too, we got the bill with -10%(it was the service cost maybe only), but they made sure we will pay all the things even sushi! So thank you but we will tell to everyone and we will never ever recommend this place to nobody!! Postscript: the sofa in the restaurant was...

Servizio di sala in giornata no, sbrigativo e poco presente.
