This lido created a niche for itself some years back by investing in more comfortable beds and nice overall ambience - the reason why we always come back. This time though we were saddened to notice that a kind of menefreghismo (lack of care) permeates the atmosphere, specifically among senior staff at the reception. Perhaps success has gone to their head, or perhaps they are tired of dealing with the typical adolescent party-goer who frequents this place. Sono venuto diverse volte in questo bagno ma il trattamento ricevuto oggi dal titolare é a dir poco sconcertante. Ho iniziato a contattarlo due settimane prima essendo un gruppo di 10 persone e chiedendo lettini e ombrelloni per due giornate. Mi rimanda alla settimana successiva, lo chiamo e mi dice di richiamarlo il venerdì, lo richiamo il venerdì mattina alle 9 e mi sento dire che i lettini e gli ombrelloni sono terminati...dico ma...mi sta prendendo in giro? Poteva dirlo subito che non accettava prenotazioni per soli due giorni e mi sarei organizzato in maniera diversa, senza lasciare 10 persone "a piedi". Grazie per la serietà,...
