Lido Algamarina — Attraction in Molfetta

The worst experience ever! You paid to be laid in the middle of garbage. If you sit on the floor you can see tones of hairs getting stuck on your things! Pool was closed for two hours in the middle of the day because the staff were having lunch! We paid to be under the shade, we placed our towels in the designated area and then a staff member came to ask us to leave because a lady who paid for sunbeds wanted our space! We asked for another shaded area then and he told us to sit under the direct sun, with two kids, with more than 35°C Celsius. The water at the pool was disgusting with flies floating around, hairs and so on. Everything was really dirty! It’s a zero...

I would give it a zero but it’s not an available option. You pay for the worst service ever! Once you arrive to the reception they say one price and what’s included, after you pay things changed. No sunbeds but plastic chairs, no shades because they were all taken. We were there with two children and asked previously payment if there was a place to eat which they guaranteed us there was. At lunch time they told us there was no option to eat because it should be ordered in advance! Save you money! There are way better places or just place your money on the trash because it will be...

Personale scortese, sgarbato e maleducato. La mia bambina e la sua amichetta di 2 anni stavano giocando all’interno della casetta in plastica che si trova nei pressi della reception. La signora anziana, credo sia la proprietaria, esce con arroganza urlando con cattiveria contro le bambine intimandogli di non urlare… specifico che le bimbe non stavano affatto urlando, ma come è normale che facciano i bambini a quella età, ridevano, si rincorrevano e si divertivano, esattamente come stavano facendo tutti i bambini nella vicina piscinetta. Ho fatto presente alla signora che tutti i bambini, anche quelli che stavano nella vicina piscina, si stavano divertendo e che qualche urlo era normale (insomma, facciamo fare i bambini ai bambini!). La signora si è rivolta allora verso di me strillandomi davanti a tutti e dicendo che dobbiamo tenere a bada i nostri figli e che non ci avrebbe fatto mai più entrare (testuali parole). È stata veramente una scena terribile vedere la signora nervosa per un lavoro che dovrebbe amare e di una scortesia mai vista in vita mia! Invito la signora a spostare la casetta delle principesse in un luogo più distante dalla reception se non vuole sentire le risate di due bellissime ed educate bambine di due anni.
