Baia delle Rocce verdi is located on a nice location, and nice surroundings even tho quite difficult to reach. One star because of the following: ticket reception We arrived around 12 (2 people) and we asked for 2 spots and only cushions on the rocks have been offered therefore no chair or sun-bed, we’ve asked if we could see the cushions and their location before paying and the guy declined the request.. after literally 30 secs he said that 2 chairs have become available (strange don’t you think?) they might wanted to keep this spot for their clients or Neapolitan residents rather than tourists (we took the chairs £20 each - no umbrella just chairs) Impossible to get a spot in the pool opening times on the website (08.00-17.00) Life guards or assistants at the beach started to go around at 16.25 saying that they are closing down so to start to wrap up things and approach the door Way too early to close the beach in high season!! not allowed to bring food and drinks because of plastic free environment The question is: can I bring food in a glass container? The same is for drinks? Am I allowed to do that? The sign is quite misleading. There are couple of places where you can get food and beverage but considering prices, a day in this place will cost you roughly €120/140 for 2 people (entrance plus lunch and water throughout the day) At 15.40 we managed to get 2 beds as people started to leave but we had only less than one hour to enjoy before closing Definitely not worth the visit!! Don’t...
Read moreBeautiful location, a little too expensive for being in naples, and I can say it because I have been in 28 countries and 5 continents, the staff was quite present there was not anti covid distancing in the pool so we immediately moved to the lower side, the worst experience of the day happened on lunchtime, my colleague and I went to a small terrace with tables few meters from our sunbeds ,there were some ladies eating, we took our sandwiches that we made in the grocery store in front before entering the structure and we ordered only a beer and a big water, after taking the first bite of the sandwich an staff member comes and very rudely tells me we couldn't eat our sandwiches and we shouldn't be in that terrace, I politely ask "what do you want us to do now" he says put the food away and you have to get up from here. I apologized and I I went back to my sunbed super mortified. I had not been warned by anyone that I could not eat my own sandwich, but in any case you do not speak like that to a customer who had spent 70 euros up to that moment. we are mortified I will not return and I do not recommend...
Read moreWe had a great time here. It was 40 euros but across the sea at amalfi they can be 600. The entrance fee keeps away people you don’t want lurking around. We got there around 10 and it wasn’t crowded, at 12 a lot more people were there but mainly just to sun bathe the water was never crowded. The staff was friendly. From the club house the coast is stone, but once your in the water there is a little sand bar you can swim too. We paid the fee and selected the sea rather than the pool, when we got to the sea area a staff dude grabbed us some cots and found a spot for us. Bathrooms, showers, changing rooms there. You need to bring a towel, rent one or air dry. We grabbed lunch up at the club house, spent 10 euros on a chicken sandwich with fries a water and a coke. Just decent pool food with decent prices. It’s a long walk down, be prepared for a trek back up or hire a taxi. We’re in decent shape and needed a couple breaks...
