One of the girls (with braids) working on the bar side was openly rude about my speaking English. When I entered she appeared friendly, but then immediately became unfriendly when I used English. I speak very little Italian but she pretended to not understand what I was saying when I tried and asked "che tipo?" While pointing at the croissants, rolled her eyes when she looked to her coworker and told her to talk to me instead, and rolled her eyes to customers who walked in while she was interacting with me. Honestly, no one needs to start their day with being treated like that, it's awful. Thankfully the other girl working at the bar who came to help was very kind with me. Dangerous for people with allergies. When I gently explained to waiter that I could not have an ingredient and that I was not clearly explained the bizzare secondary name for a tomatoe he basically left it to owner whom Ridley said what did I expect him to do. The food was great and it valued the price, but before finishing our antipasto cameriere brought already the second dish. The price was higher than normal restaurant so also the service should have been better than this.
