Having visited a few beaches in the South east of Sardinia, Nora was easily the best of all of them. Clean, tidy, uncongested, nice food and drink places to hand, easy toilet access. The hike on the way back was quite something, especially climing some steep parts in the roasting sun. The beach offers some shade by the rocks and a small cave. During the day it can get a little busy, with many tourist boats parked around. The sun starts to turn around 4pm so no point if...

In the season you have to pay for parking, but between October and April (?) It's free. Also the park in this area is nice and at sundays visited by the locals. Also the archeological area is nearby and with 5 euro entrance fee not...
