Acquajoy — Attraction in Rivoli

Nice little park in the outskirts of Turin. Nice place for the kids to play on the pool and 6 slides for adult. The park itself is nice but unfortunately it is spoiled by bad customer service. 1 star because I would not advise people to go.

The reasons are:

1. you pay full price but slides open and different times. For instance the big slide opened at 1 pm when th work opens at 10am. When I pay full price I think I deserve what I paid for.
2. slides have very few inflatable available. For instance the "big blue" slide at only 3 going at once. The park was not too busy and yet we had to queue 30 minutes for a ride. I have been there when it was busier and they had more than 3 inflatables at the same time. Why do they create queues on porpuose? This is beyond me...
3. we decided to have food there. It took more than 1 hr queing with no social distancing to get 3 piadinas because they had only 1 star at the grills. With the price we paid, they can afford more staff and get more people employed.
4. the ham in the ham piadina had gone bad, they replaced it without any fuss (and no wait) but this should not have happened in the first place.

So, yes great place, with great room for improvement to make feel customers welcome and wanting...

EVERY ONE PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE. On 22/08/2024 we have been there and same story repeated as happen to Denisa ( her review below ). We drop the car around 10 am and when we return to it around 5 pm we found out one of the windows on my car been smashed and a bag been stolen from the car . Looking around the car park we realised we didn’t been the only one, there was other 3 cars with smashed windows. We call the police and they told us is happening frequently. When we talk to one of the people from the aqua park and ask if there is any cameras they told us the car park is not them responsibility . The point is, you have a business with a car park and you are aware of the situation even if the car park is not your property but your business depends of it you should make all the effort possible to keep it safe for your costumers ( installing cameras / security guards patrol ) However the aqua park it self is decent but after an experience like this I don’t think anyone it...

Value for Money and Atmosphere: Excellent!

The Aqua Joe waterpark offers truly great value for money. You definitely get a lot for what you pay. The facility itself is beautifully designed and invites you to stay and enjoy.

Staff: Friendly and Helpful

Special praise goes to the staff. The employees are consistently friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the park.

Room for Improvement: Food Service

Unfortunately, there is one significant point of criticism: The lines at the food and drink stands are far too long. You lose valuable time during your visit just waiting in line. Additionally, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired - it's mainly microwaved items, which is somewhat disappointing considering the prices.

Overall, a recommended waterpark with great value for money and friendly staff. With some improvements in the food service area, Aqua Joe could easily achieve a...
