I rarely leave negative reviews, but this shopping center was honestly one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely out of place — like if you’re not rich or dressed a certain way, you’re not welcome here. The atmosphere is cold, uninviting, and borderline depressing.

The staff in most of the stores were not just unhelpful — they were outright rude. I asked for assistance in a couple of places and was either ignored or met with attitude, like I was bothering them just by asking a question. There’s a sense of arrogance in the air, and it really made me feel small, like I didn’t belong.

Me and my 7 years old child got kicked out of the restaurant (where we were the ONLY guests) because the barmen didn’t like my American vaccination card. He said he cannot accept it. Greenpass only.
