What a disappointment! Due to the COVID pandemic it was not possible to tour the small museum on our own. During the 1 hour "tour" our guide had to switch between Italian and English so effectively less than 20min actual content. The explanation were rather an interruption of our own readings of the signs than adding anything useful. It would have been much better to just walk around on our own and watch the display. The tasting was also cancelled instead two salamis of the same kind were given. During our visit there were 4 visitors in total. So the prebooked MuSa tour was the worst of our Italy visit which included tours at cheese and vinegar productions as well as...

The museum not only has a beautiful interior and a wonderful atmosphere, but the entire tour felt incredibly personal and welcoming. We were the only booking at the time, and even though they were preparing for a private event and the usual guide wasn't available, the PR manager went out of her way to give us a full private tour, complete with a tasting. This was incredibly thoughtful and made the experience even more special.

The explanation of the charcuterie-making process was clear and fascinating, giving real insight into the craftsmanship involved. The tasting was absolutely delicious....

My husband and I did the english tour of this museum and absolutely loved it!! We already loved charcuterie but didn't know much about the history and the process. The tour guide did a fantastic job of telling us about not just the overall processes involved but also the specifical local information. And then the tastings were delicious!!! Getting to try some of the mortadella just after learning about it was fantastic. If you are curious about the process behind this delicious food I would highly highly recommend coming and seeing this place and...

A seemingly overlooked pleasure. Although this museum has been put together by someone with considerable self-interest who happens to make salami, this is absolutely worth the trip. You need the tour which doesn't last very long but if you ever wondered how it came to pass but such wonderful treats were made you will find out here.

We enjoyed a lot this small but interesting museum where you can learn about the processes of meat curation with professional and knowledgeable staff. Since there were not so many other visitors it felt like a private tour. Tasting at the end was accompanied with a glass of wine and was a definite highlight of the tour.
