毎年寄っています。見事な枝ぶりで大きすぎて真下に来ると視界いっぱいにイチョウが広がります。大きすぎて全体をカメラでおさめるのに苦労するほどです。すぐ近くに小さなスペースがあるので人が少ない時は停めれるのかもしれませんが、3分程で歩いて行けるトイレのある石場神社の広い駐車場に停めるのがベストかもしれません。遠くからも視認できるイチョウの木がだんだん迫ってくる体験も出来るので散策しながら行くのも楽しいと思います😊

いやぁ、デカイ。上有田駅から泉山磁石場に向かう際に目に入ってきました。国指定の天然記念物ですもんね。イチョウの木の天然記念物指定されたものは国内に20あり、その中でも最も古いものだそうで、大正15年（1926年）の指定です。樹齢が約1,000年で高さは約30 mになります。佐賀藩の役人が常駐した口屋番所跡のそはで泉山弁財天の境内にあります。秋には黄色く色づいて壮観だと思います。
