Stations a quite outdated.

There is only one ticket machine and there are no functions to print or receive any reserved seats from QR code or confirmation codes. This is obviously an issue as many would want to print these since the odoriko trains are reserved seats only.

Only one attendant as well. Not particularly helpful as the JR help numbers they give do not work. Overall outdated systems that lead to stressful travel and unnecessary problems.

Not only this but this station is not very disabled friendly. I don’t think I saw any elevator to platform. And the back area for hotel pickup is stairs only. So if you have luggage this would also...
