Honmyo River Cherry Blossom Levee — Attraction in Isahaya

Visited on 2024-4-04, the cherry trees were not quite blooming yet, a line on the levee, and a couple more lines down the ditch. It was a windy place, so the conditions may make them bloom at different times. It would have been some scene having them all bloom together! There are typical Yoshino cherry trees, and some Oita ones.

Glad to have detoured on our way driving back to Nagasaki from Oita Castle, for this peaceful stop, on a trip...

キャンプで利用しました。 時期が時期なので完ソロでしたが桜の季節は混むでしょうね 夜中でも土手を車が通ったり消防署も近くにあるので出動の放送が聞こえたり浄水場の音が一晩中聞こえたりしますが街中なのでコンビニも近く一長一短かなと思います。ただしトイレはありますが炊事場もゴミ捨て場もありません。キャンプ場という括りでは無く公営の場所で野営が許可されているだけなのでゴミは各自持ち帰りキレイに使いましょう。マナーが悪いと使わせて...

キャンプ場としての整備はされていない様ですが、所々テントを張る場所があり、トイレは綺麗です。炊事場は有りませんが水飲場があります。早朝や夕暮に地元の方々の散歩コースとなっているので、マナーを守って利用したいですね。ファミキャンには不向きですが、ひっそりとソロキャンする...
