SkyWalker_amakusa — Attraction in Kamiamakusa

I absolutely do not recommend this service. During our recent company trip, we booked a parasailing service with Skywalker for a group of 40 people, 4 months in advance. Everyone was very excited to experience it. However, when we arrived, the first 10 members were taken on a boat without any explanation, only to be brought to a repair site. It was only when we asked that they told us the boat’s belt was broken and needed to be fixed.

In the extreme heat of September, we were left waiting on the sea for over an hour. When someone in our group felt unwell and asked how much longer it would take, the staff only replied vaguely with “just a little more,” without giving any clear information. Despite our early booking, it was obvious that they had not checked the boat beforehand.

After the repair, the boat went out to sea, but when they tried to set up the parachute, another problem occurred. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes under 32°C sun. Finally, they just said it was “damaged” and took us back, without offering a proper apology. When I asked about insurance coverage for heatstroke or compensation for the disruption of our schedule, they told us that this situation was not covered.

In the end, our entire group couldn’t participate in the activity, and our whole day’s plan was ruined. We also never received any...

この場所は絶対にお勧めできません。 先日の会社旅行で、私たちは40名の団体でスカイウォーカー社のパラセーリングサービスを、4か月前から予約していました。皆とても楽しみにしていたのですが、現地に到着して最初の10名が船に乗った際、何の説明もなく修理中の場所まで連れて行かれました。こちらから尋ねて初めて、船のベルトが故障していて修理が必要だと言われました。

9月の炎天下の中、私たちは1時間以上も海上で待たされました。体調不良を訴える人も出て、あとどのくらい待つのか確認したところ、「もう少し」としか答えてもらえず、明確な説明は一切ありませんでした。事前に予約をしていたにもかかわらず、出発前に船の点検をしていなかったことは大きな問題だと思います。

修理後、船は海に出ましたが、パラシュートを広げる段階で再びトラブルが発生し、さらに30分間、32度の炎天下で待たされることになりました。結局「もう駄目だ」と言われ、そのまま港へ引き返すことになりましたが、正当な謝罪は一切ありませんでした。熱中症などのリスクや、団体スケジュールが大幅に狂った点について保険で補償されるのか尋ねても、「このケースは対象外」とのことでした。

最終的に、私たちは全く遊べず、1日の予定が台無しになりました。それにもかかわらず、謝罪の言葉もなし。 👉...

平日の10時の会に参加しました。 とても楽しかったです。

音楽のかかったカラフルなモーターボートでポイントに行く時から、スタッフが盛り上げて、他のお客さんと共に気分上々。

モーターボート後ろのステップから、テイクオフ。200㍍のロープでチャレンジしました。高所恐怖症ですが、とても楽しめます。天草の海と景色を堪能できました。因みに、ロープが短い方が揺れるそうです。 上空にいる時間も充分有り、徐々にロープを巻き取られてモーターボートに近づいて無事に着地。全く水に濡れません。

天候次第で体験できない時も有るそうですが、お勧めします！
