Kanno Farm is located on a hill slope besides National Route 237. It has ample car parks. Whereas Farm Tomita and Shikisai-no-Oka are often crowded with tourists arriving in tour coaches, Kanno Farm is less commercialised and therefore, less crowded.
Although Kanno Farm is not big, it has rolling hill slopes of lavender and other flowering plants. Paths lead up to the hill top where visitors can enjoy a downhill view of the flowering garden.
There is a small retail and refreshment area in a building besides the car park.
