I dare say that this is the most impressive scene in my journey. I went the shop almost 15:30. 30 min before close. Owner told me that I can only order drinks. I just ordered a cup of Vienna coffee. First of all, Menu made of wood is so interesting. Before coffee is ready, ma'am gave me nuts and red bean jelly. Everything was delicious. Especially, Popsong and the sound of burning firewood are harmonic and perfect. I really want to make this moment into an music box if I can.. Arigato gojaimas. Mata.

2023年 5月来店〜リピート行かないでください。接客は無愛想で料理の提供は遅く席が空いていているように見えても時には「満席です」と有無を言わさず入店拒否されます。これを読んで、不快感を覚えた方は行かないでください！ ☆の数が少ない方の口コミも読まれたらいいと思います。ただ私は、この店が大好き。 1度目でファンになって、今日で2度目。ご夫婦で営む小さなお店です。地元の方相手にゆったりやって来られたのかと思います。正直、あまり話題になって行列のできるお店になってほしくないです。（すでに人気店のようですが） 1度目、ご主人怒ってるのかな？不機嫌なのかな？って少し怖かったけど、ある程度人生経験ある人なら、「そういう人なんだ」ってわかると思います。それが良いか悪いかは別として、日本あるあるの完璧な接客を望む方は、きっと嫌な気分になるでしょう。ここの目玉はとにかくオープンサンド！私は2回ともハンバーグのオープンサンド。デカいだけが取り柄かと思いきや、すっごく美味しい！たぶんバンズもハンバーグも1から手作りされたもの。ハンバーグの美味しさはもちろんだけど、その割にデカすぎじゃない？ってサイズのバンズ。これがまた美味だから、パンだけでもバクバクいけちゃいます(o^^o) とにかく大きいので、2人でひとつ。前回は女友達と。今回は夫と。お店の方も慣れてらっしゃるのか、フードがひとつでも何も言われません。快く取り皿も付けてくださいます^_^ ドリンクはもちろん２つ。そしてあまりに申し訳ないので今日はソーセージも一皿。←これがまた超絶おいしかった！！！¥400なんて信じられない！コーヒーも絶対本格的なやつです。ホットもアイスも美味〜！全てをオーダーを受けてから調理しているのでめちゃめちゃ時間がかかるのかと思います。前回、混んでる時に入店した時は「40分くらい」と言われたし、今日満席の時に後から来た人は満席と言われながらも「待ちます」と言って、「1時間」と言われていました。コスパとかいう言葉を使いたくないくらい、満足感を得られるお店です。もし、満足感が得られなかったなら「運が悪かった」と思ってください。もしくは「自分とは合わなかった」残念賞。それだけのこと。

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Food is full of local organic vegetables and the handmade tasty flavors. It took more time than we expected but when the food comes, it was absolutely simple perfect taste. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy this beautiful atmosphere in Biei😍
