(English Below) おすすめポイント：美馬牛の静かな住宅エリアにある「ゴーシュ」は、美味しいコーヒー、素晴らしいサービス、そして店内でバードウォッチングが楽しめる心地良いカフェ！窓の外には餌台が設置されていて、たくさんの鳥が訪れます。店内には小さな双眼鏡も用意されているので、ゆっくりと鳥を観察しながらコーヒータイムを楽しめます。

カフェの雰囲気・設備：店内は広々としており、テーブル席とカウンター席が充実。駐車場は小さい方に3台、大きい方に6台くらい停められるので、車でのアクセスも便利です。

コーヒー・スイーツ：コーヒーは豆の種類やドリップ方法を選べるのが特徴で、ペーパードリップのほかにネルドリップ（少し値段は高め）も選択可能。ネルドリップは豆の油分をしっかりと引き出し、よりまろやかで滑らかな味わいになるので、+200〜300円してでも試す価値あり！

私はアイスラテとゴルゴンゾーラチーズケーキを注文しましたが、どちらも絶品！また、店内ではオーナー手作りのパンや、コーヒー豆、パウンドケーキ、ブラウニー、クッキーも販売しています。

サービス：オーナーご夫妻はとても温かく、訪れるたびに笑顔で迎えてくれます。

居心地の良さも魅力のひとつで、コーヒー好きにも、のんびり過ごしたい方にもおすすめのカフェです！

Why You Should Visit： Located in a quiet part of Bibaushi, Gosh is a unique café where you can enjoy delicious coffee, excellent service, and even birdwatching! The owners have set up bird feeders outside the windows, attracting many birds, and they even provide small binoculars so you can watch them up close while sipping your coffee.

Atmosphere & Setup: The café is spacious with plenty of tables and counter seating. There are two parking areas—one for three cars and a larger one for six, making it easy to visit by car.

Coffee & Food： One of the highlights here is that you can choose your coffee beans and brewing method. They offer both paper drip and cotton/flannel drip (for a slightly higher price). The flannel drip method preserves more of the coffee’s natural oils, resulting in a smoother, richer flavor—I highly recommend spending the extra ¥200–300 to try it!

I ordered an ice latte and gorgonzola cheesecake, and both were absolutely delicious. The café also sells homemade bread, coffee beans, pound cake, brownies, and cookies, all made by the owner.

Service： The owners are incredibly friendly and always welcome guests with a warm smile.

I highly recommend Gosh as a great spot to unwind, do some birdwatching, and to enjoy coffee and delicious desserts...

Coffee lovers must visit! Located in a corner of the town, the atmosphere is quiet but cozy. As soon as you enter the store, there is a strong coffee aroma! Jazz music is playing inside the store, and I especially like how the staff maintains a distance from customers without losing their enthusiasm. The hand-brewed coffee can be chosen in three intensities, and the matcha roll cake is smooth and creamy. Brownies paired with coffee are a perfect combination! They also sell pre-roasted coffee beans that you can take home, hoping to replicate this taste...

Found it while waiting for the next train to Biei and decided to go there for a coffee togo. Although they sell various roasted beans, it didn't appear they offered brewed coffee options, as they only had hot, ice, and latte. Coffee was good and staff was friendly.
