We arrived at this bakery just 5 minutes before it opened at 1pm — and were surprised to see a queue already forming, mostly locals as I heard mostly Japanese being spoken. Always a good sign!
The first thing that impressed me was the stunning view — surrounded by Biei’s peaceful countryside, it’s the perfect spot to slow down and take in the beauty. The bakery itself has a cozy and welcoming vibe, which made the whole experience feel extra special.
The cheese bagel and red bean with butter bread were exceptionally good — freshly baked, with amazing texture and flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in each bite.
