The two grand torii in front of Kashiharajan Shrine are grand, and the wood is preserved in its primary color, which is more interesting than if it were painted with vermilion! Founded in the year of Meiji 23 (1890), Kashiharajan Shrine has been enlarged several times and currently covers an area of 500,000 square meters. Located east of Mount Kashiharaju city, Nara Kashiharaju City, this site is believed to be the location of Mashiki Kashiharu Palace, the palace of Japan's first Emperor Hirohito (on throne: 660-585 BC). After walking through the way, I saw the bride and bridegroom who came to the shrine to do the wedding ceremony. Japanese dress, really have a different flavor. One of the main temples of Kashiharaju Kashiharaju, is a shift from The Suhasu (Suharu Uchiji) in Kyoto. Both sides of the long column corridor and row of lanterns had a very serious imposing manner. The cutting hand of Japan's 2,600th anniversary stamps is the inaki Kaharu Shrine Kashiharajan Shrine is a wide area, with a wide forest beyond the back door. In the outer court, the remains of pillars of yayoi period have been excavated, and the measurement results of C-14 have an error of 2600 years plus or minus 200 years, which is exactly consistent with the era of Emperor Jimwu.

[Kashihara, the sacred place for the founding of the nation. ] It was a quiet and solemn company. I had been surprised by the hustle and bustle of Kasuga Taisha Shrine the previous day, so I was impressed by the solemnity of Kashihara Shrine, even though it is also in Nara. A new yet stately torii gate. The approach to the shrine has been swept clean. A monument to the poems of Her Majesty the Empress. And the cherry blossoms have begun to bloom. A solemn ceremony had begun at the shrine. I visited Takachiho Shrine and Kumano Sansha, but Kashihara is also one of the sacred places. Kashihara, the sacred place of the founding of the nation. This is where the country called Japan began. In the Nihon Shoki, which is said to be Japan's oldest official history, Kashihara is said to be the place where Japan was founded. Emperor Iwahiko Hidemi of Japan, a descendant of Amaterasu Omikami (later known as Kamuyama and later Emperor Jimmu), aimed to create a prosperous and peaceful nation. From his shrine in Takachiho, Kyushu, he headed east, overcoming unimaginable hardships, and built Kashihara Shrine at the southeastern foot of Mt. Unebiyama. He ascended the throne as the first Emperor in 1997, approximately 2,680 years ago. Kashihara, the birthplace of Japanese history and culture, can also be called the origin of Japan.

This is a representative shrine in Nara. It is close to Kashihara Jingu Station on the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line and within walking distance. Surrounded by a park, it is rich in nature and ideal for strolling and jogging. Temples and shrines in Kyoto are nice, but shrines in Nara are also very good for sightseeing.

Beautiful and peaceful. Just visiting on my way to Nara (exhange train in this station) and was surprised bow peaceful and solemn this shrine is. Get my first goshuin here! When I came here it they also have ShichiGoSan so there’s tiny ladies wearing beautiful kimono all around. Sooo adorable!
