Kōbe Lampwork Glass Museum — Attraction in Kobe

Such a nice Glass Museum. The museum was small and a bit narrow but the displays won't disappoint. I super loved how cute and intricate the glass works were. It was so beautiful to look at. I was especially in awe in seeing so small and detailed works like the one with the Sushi Platter. The round ones with different designs inside was so beautiful as well. I really enjoyed this museum. Visited in May 2025, the museum was small but packed with lovely pieces. Each glass piece was intricate and delicate, a real wonder to look at. It was also relaxing and quiet in there.

We visited mainly for the lampwork bead making activity. We were guided by a lovely lady and there were so much to choose from - from colours, designs, patterns. We also ended making bookmarks and keychains with our beads. Really...

Museum was an interesting collection of beads but sadly not very well displayed. I opted to make a bead and payed the price for for it but i was only allowed to choose the colors and hold the instructors hand while they made the bead.
