I purchased a Boulogne bag this afternoon at Louis Vuitton Kobe. The SA called Takashi served me with very warm attitude and I bought the bag and a bottle of perfume. I clearly advised him that I do not want a display bag and he returned to the back then brought me a brand new bag with complete protective seal. I happily made the payment and he brought my bag to the back to wrap it in the box. When I returned to the hotel and opened the box. It was not the bag that I saw and inspected in store, the protective seals were gone and the chains were full of scratches. I was so surprised and shocked, and of course it was absolutely unacceptable! I returned to the shop immediately and requested for the bag that I inspected. Takashi advised that he took off all of the seals when he packed the bag at the back. When I questioned why the chains have lots of scratches, another female SA stepped in and confirmed this was so called the acceptable defects. Excuse me? The main point was that Takashi changed my bag with another one which had lots of scratches on it. I’m here to purchase a new bag and I clearly stated that I do not want a display bag. Furthermore, they could not even give me an explanation why there were many scratches on a brand new chain!? They just kept insisting that those scratches were deemed acceptable and not a product defect. Though they eventually exchanged another bag to me, it still not the one that I inspected in the first place. So if you ever want to buy a Louis Vuitton bag at this store, I would strongly suggest you to ask them to wrap your bag IN FRONT OF YOU! Because you don’t know what will happen to your bag! It was totally a waste of time and ruined your day!!! Never coming back to this store! I would rate them negative if Google allows me...
Read more1回目は良かったけど、2回目来店購入時、19時くらいに来店したからか、30万のバッグを購入したにもかかわらず飲み物サービスの水がいるかすら聞かれなかった。挙げ句の果てには、プレゼントでといっているのに、自宅に帰って手紙を入れようとラッピングのリボンの紐をほどいたら、箱のリボンに隠れていた部分が汚れていた。どう見てもリボンを結ぶときに見えていたはずくらいの大きさなのに、それを提供した感覚が信じられない。バッグが入ってる箱だから大きいし目立つ位置にある。プレゼントを受け取った人がリボンを解いてその汚れを見た時どう思うか想像できないのだろうか。 数千円の商品でもないのに。 1回目に来店した際は同じく19時くらいに10万もしないアクセサリーを購入したが、ちゃんと飲み物の水も出てきたし、名刺も渡され、色々紹介してくれた。 2回目来店時、特に急いでるとも言ってないのに、淡々と接客され、まるでスーパーの店員レベル。ラグジュアリーブランドらしく、どの店員でも丁寧に接客すべきだし、ちゃんと教育すべきだ。ラグジュアリーブランドで購入時に水も出さないなんて初めてでびっくりした。 銀座のルイヴィトンはものすごく丁寧だったから、同じブランドとは思えない。 箱やショッパーも汚れや折れがあるなら提供すべきでない。細かいことを気にしない海外や、アウトレットならまだしも、日本人らしからぬ、ラグジュアリーブランドらしからぬ雑な店員にがっかりしたし、箱を交換してもらいに翌日行くはめになり、余計な時間とコストがかかるはめになり迷惑だった。ちゃ...
