Rokko Shidare Observatory Deck was designed by , Hiroshi SANBUCHI. Up there you will have a superb view of the city scape as we a nice view of the entire Rokko Garden Terrace. Personally never been up there during night time but story had been told that during night time is when its most beautiful time. With the light on the observation deck become alive and lights also changes according to the for seasons.

A 300 JPY entrance fee definitely worth it. In addition there's also car park for drivers shall you choose not to use the ropeway. Would say a must go (make sure you dress warm enough as at the end it's up top on...

Maybe it's too conceptual for me, but I honestly didn’t see anything worth paying ¥1,000 to enter. You get the same views from free observation decks nearby. Inside, there are a few installations that seem very local or abstract—I even tried translating the signs, but still had no idea what they meant.

The only reason to visit? If you have the Kobe Smart Pass—then it’s free. Otherwise,...
