Wonderful staff and friendly customers.ideal place to get a sense of the authentic Japanese onsen . We were the only tourists there. Paid 900yen just for baths (you can rent a towel or book relaxation treatment there too for extra money).Baths for men and women are separated. When you enter you need to remove your shoes and put it to the locker(100yen). In the main changing room there is another locker where you use a coin of 100 yen to leave the rest of your clothes, so don’t forget cash.(you’ll get your 200 back once you collect your stuff from the lockers). The baths are on the 2nd floor (1st floor by uk standards).Use the staircase in the middle of the hall). Please be aware that people with tattoos are not allowed, so better cover it up and speak to staff. They might make an exception for you as you’re a tourist. (It was a real struggle to find a pharmacy in Japan in a walking distance to buy bandages,as I have a middle size tattoo, so we bought a cooling patch and framed it with the white bandage tape xD which you can probably find in any supermarket...

The most disappointing here was the fact that there is literally no relaxation room. After the bath you have the possibility to wait for your friends / family just in front of a restaurant that smells of fried food where you can find four square benches and a tv - that's it. We were searching for a real relaxation room that we know from all the other onsens we have been to and found one - just a normal room with tatami and some mangas. However, we were immediately told to leave it as it was accessible only for the clients of the "stone spa".
For this price I have never received so little and at the end was really...
Read moreDios mio! Me senti como en Mexico 💓 aguas termales pero estilo Japones. No se porque tiene rating bajo. Everyone was super friendly, the facilities are clean, I was skeptical because I saw many negative reviews but its not bad. They have so much variety I ended up staying here two hours, I would definitely come back and we had such a pleasant experience that we are considering doing this every night while in Japan 💓
I forgot to mention the price is super cheap, and we were the only teo foreigners and no one treated us different or looked at is differently. We felt...
