Aso Sanjo Public Square — Attraction in Minamiaso

Very fantastic view you can see here. You can see several giant volcano craters and sand plant. There is a activity crater filled with hot water. You can take bus here and spend as much time as possible to see the view. If you want to see more, you can book a helicopter touing. Fly up to sky to view entire Aso mountain area. It doesn't cost much. But definitely it can provide a good memory for lifetime for you. The day I visited, it happened to fully open for entire area without limitation. So I spend a lot of time walking through all spots. I even walk down to the hill to the terminal. So I can see more clearly the view. Off course, you can take a bus leaving the hill without walking. Anyway I really recommend this place...

Although we couldn't make it to the crater due to dangerous fume levels, Aso Sanjo Public Square still offered a breathtaking view! The panoramic scenery of the surrounding landscape was simply stunning, and the square itself provided a comfortable and safe spot to take it all in. Despite the disappointment of not being able to ascend to the crater, the view from the square was still awe-inspiring and made for a memorable experience.
