One of my favorite places in Osaka. The entrance fee of 500 yen (I think it was 500?) is such a steal considering how wide the place is and the variety you can see inside. I didn't know it at first, but I walked in thinking it looked like one of the filming locations for Alice in Borderland. Turns out it is! I think from time to time they have some events, there was a cactus festival ongoing when we visited. My husband and I are big Alice in Borderland fans and an episode was filmed here. We came to Japan on our honeymoon and were so excited to visit, only to arrive and find it closed. There was no indication that they would be closed anywhere on google, their website, nothing. Still don’t know why they were closed.
