A cool cave to walk under in the hot summer. Bring along a front facing light for your phone so that photos taken can be clearer. There will be some dripping water but it’s a lovely and easy long distance walk underground with some stairs n wet floors. The tickets you bought will include the Caves and Kingdom world. After exiting from caves, there will be some shops and glass souvenirs shop. There are glass making experience here and the glass cups ranges from Y2000-Y8000. Design and colours and prices are definitely better than in Onna glass but it’s a small furnace outside the shop. Not sure how long it will take to receive your finished products. However, if you are looking to buy glass cups and glass earrings and necklaces, there are a lot of varieties here at reasonable prices. You can even make n design your own glass pendant. There’s also a cute game store where you get 5 ping pong balls for Y500 and you can get the cups that your ball enters. A great place for must visit for about 2-3 hrs.

Wow, what a stunning and enchanting stroll! The cave is just so breathtaking! Gyokusendo cave spans an impressive five kilometers from one end to the other and showcases an array of magnificent rock formations. It has been in existence for about 300,000 years, but it wasn't until 1967 that we humans stumbled upon its beauty. When visitors enter the cave via a lengthy flight of stairs, they descend into a world that maintains a pleasant 21°C temperature all year round - a welcome escape from the heat outside. A sturdy steel walkway extends 890 meters into the cave, meandering through numerous twists, turns, inclines, and even squeezing through some narrow passages. ❤️🩷Make sure you bring a hat since the water will drop down from the ceiling rock, and enough drinking water.

One of my favourite places that I visited in Okinawa. The caves were beautiful and the whole park was very well designed and curated to give a good introductory Okinawan experience. The nature of the park puts you on a route where you get to enjoy snacks, ice cream, fruit and soba native to Okinawa as you head back to the restaurant, as well as have a good look at specialty products sold here, such as glass blown jewellery and habu snake sake. A wide variety of products are also available for purchase. I learned a lot about the local products here. Overall a very well package experience. We visited on 成人の日 (Coming of Age Day) and the park was open at the regular hours with little crowd congestion. Parking is available at the cave park and is free.

Yuquan-dong (Hiragana: ぎょくせんどう) is a stalactite cave in the Okinawa World Cultural Kingdom managed by Okinawa Prefecture Corporation Nando Co., Ltd., one of the local tourist attractions. Its address is located in Okinawa, Japan. The prefecture of the county south city Yucheng. Yuquan-dong began to open for tourist visits in April of 1972 (Showa 47), The Yuquan Cave is about 800 meters long. The whole cave is covered with stalactites. The stalactites will grow about 1 mm per year. It takes about an half hour to complete the tour of the entire Yuquan Cave. At present, only one-fifth of the full cave has been opened, but it is estimated that the rest will not be opened. The wonders of nature are worth seeing. Naturally formed caves are amazing!

I like caves personally. I have only been to a handful but this one had a good variety of cave bacon, stalagmites and stalactites, and other various attractions including wildlife, so keep aware and you'll spot them! It was very long so plan accordingly. I wish I could've done the advanced cave tour but perhaps another time. With Okinawa world plan a whole day for the cave and other attractions. I was a little sad that it seemed many stalactites were missing. Perhaps from guests wanting a souvenir or perhaps to make way for the pathway but please be respectful to all other guests and the beautiful environment for all to enjoy and to preserve the beauty.

This cave is inside a theme park of Okinawa. Apart from the cave, there are some shops of herb wine, glass workshop, reptiles zoo, Okinawa traditional dance, etc. Far from Naha and airport, takes 1 hours bus trip to go. You can buy ¥2000 ticket in the front entrance readily. The cave is marvelous, long, convenient. It takes at least 30 minutes to walkthrough once, and contains different shapes of stalactite, long shapes, spherical shapes, water flow pattern sticking on rock surface. The pathway is scaffolded and robust. There are some artificial changes to make it so comfortable to walk. But it is still great to experience the nature here.
