Leaving this review to give current information, so that others don’t make the same mistake. We didn’t realize that the guided tour was the ONLY way to enter, rather than one option. I’m sure the trees are nice, but ¥2,500 is pretty expensive just to walk around and look at trees. We really just wanted to enjoy the Cave Cafe, but it is currently only available to tour guests and you must reserve in advance. You cannot just order a drink there, even though it is right at the entrance and not further in the park. We made a special trip out today, since we’d seen this earlier when we’d visited Okinawa World (well worth the visit!), but didn’t have time to check it out before their closing time. This is our last day in Okinawa and we just wasted time and bus fare getting here, only to be disappointed. It would be nice if there was clearer information on their website and on Google. Don’t call it a “guided tour.” Just say entry is ¥2500. The cafe items are an additional expense, on top of the entry fee. Google should remove this cafe from listings, as it is not a separate entity from the Valley of Gangala. Listing it as a restaurant in the area...
