If you're at the Visitor Center worth a quick hike through to see some ruins and the shrine. Nice view from the top. All signs are in Japanese. It's walkable for little kids, some rocks but nothing dangerous. Parking at the visitor center.

Very nice views, neat to poke around at, and decent hiking trail. Warning: be sure to wear decent shoes. We wore sandals and it was difficult in places.

国指定史跡。３５００年前の縄文時代の四つの貝塚と住居跡洞窟、琉球王朝時代の南部、中部、北部を結ぶ石畳道からなる県内最大規模の遺跡郡。 恩納村道の駅のすぐ近くにあり、車は文化会館駐車場に停めると無料で見学できます。石畳の坂を登って行きますので履物にはご注意下さい。 ハブも生育するような場所ですので、茂みには入らないようにして下さい。又、トゲのある葉の植物が沢山ありますので、歩行時には気をつけましょう。 小高い丘からは、東シナ海の綺麗な海が見渡せますのでお勧めですよ。小高い丘を超え、坂を下って行くと国道58号、ルネサンスホテルの近くに降りて来ますので、徒歩で４分程で駐車場に戻れます。
