湯元館 はなれ 葭蘆葦 — Attraction in Otsu

We enjoyed the service in this Onsen Hotel during the December period. Excellent staff service attitude. Great Dinner and Breakfast with very thoughtful presentation. Multiple bath and onsen to choose from with alternate male and female arrangement. Room is spacious for family stay. In room bath was also great and well maintained with top hygiene and quality standard. Easy to access location with few minutes taxi ride from train station. Recommend also driving to visit and explore the community nearby (super markets, lakeside cafes, etc. )

This is a traditional Onsen Hotel that serves meals and the rooms are of the Tatami style. 2024.12月リニューアルした 葭蘆葦〜カロイ〜のセミスイートに初宿泊しました。 総合的に大変良くリピート宿決定です。 ・お部屋　9階の露天風呂付き部屋で広さは2人でちょうど良かったです。ソファの椅子が１つ邪魔でした。オープンクローゼットは大活躍でした。 静かで綺麗で大変良かったのですが、屋根付きベランダ露天風呂の掛け流し温泉が常時出ておらず、1、2時間おき？に掛け流し口から急に水で吹き出すので12月寒かったです。景色は旅館やマンションが目前に見える口コミ通りでなんとも、、、朝日も隙間からしか見えなかったです。 ・アメニティ　今までで1番でした。リファで統一されたドライヤー、カール、ストレートアイロン、雪肌精、ロクシタンのシャンプー、リンス、ブランド名忘れましたが男性用スキンケア、ヘアケアもあり洗面所下は床暖房でした。 持ち運べる女優ミラーもありました。椅子が欲しかったです。

・トイレ　ハイテク綺麗なもので玄関にあり、部屋から戸一枚隔ている為、夜中も気にせず使えて良かったです。 ・展望露天風呂は男女交代制で残念。口コミで素晴らしいとある展望露天風呂は１つしかない為、夜が男性なら女性は朝チェックイン前にしか入れません。朝が女性だった為、化粧や準備時間が無く結局展望露天風呂に入れませんでした。 ・夕食　12月だったからかカニご飯でした。。。白いご飯が欲しかったです。 ・朝食ビュッフェ　広いレストランに和洋中、スイーツ、フルーツと大変楽しめました。早く行ったほうがお得です。時間制限はありませんでした。

・ 2024.12より葭蘆葦 が10部屋から21部屋に増えた為、平日行ったにも関わらず大盛況で慌ただしすぎる。同じ若い女性スタッフが必死に夕食提供もして、 葭蘆葦ロビーのフリードリンク、アイスも補充していて可哀想になった。 丁寧な接客ですが、あれだけ動いて大変そうな姿を見ると、こちらがゆったりするのが申し訳ないので、スタッフは増やして欲しいです。
