很少留評論，為了Michael Kors 的短髮年輕的女店員給五顆星並留言（很抱歉沒有看清店員的名字）。

這位店員非常有耐心的回答各種問題，她積極的提供了店內的優惠資訊讓我們知道，並隨時提供各種幫助，但又不會讓我們感到有壓迫感。

她會攜帶計算機並不厭其煩地計算各個商品折扣後的價格給我們看，此外，她很認真地展示各個包包的功能，很盡責地展示產品，並適時地提供各種我們可能需要的資訊（例如介紹類似顏色不同款式的商品、確認包包是否能放下A4尺寸等等）。

最後結帳時也很嚴謹地重新計算總金額給我們看，並跟我們一一核對各個單據上的金額，整個流程完善且透明。

她對待外國人很親切，完全不會不耐煩，臉上總是掛著笑容！ 這裡的商品的價格很實惠，這位店員的服務態度一級棒，謝謝你這麼認真地對待自己的工作，謝謝你讓我們買的很開心！ 這是一次令人難忘的購物體驗，雖然不知道這位店員能否看到評論，但希望你能事事順利、天天都開心！

普段はあまりレビューを投稿しませんが、Michael Kors の短髪で若い女性店員さんがとても素晴らしかったので、星5つとコメントを残します（お名前を確認できず申し訳ありません）。

この店員さんは、どんな質問にもとても丁寧に答えてくれ、店内のキャンペーン情報も積極的に教えてくださり、常に親切に対応してくれました。でも決して押しつけがましくなく、私たちはとても心地よく買い物できました。

電卓を使って、各商品の割引後の価格を何度も計算して見せてくれたり、それぞれのバッグの機能を詳しく説明してくれたり、本当に責任感を持って商品を紹介してくださいました。似た色で異なるデザインのバッグを提案してくれたり、A4サイズが入るかどうかも確認してくれたりと、私たちが必要としそうな情報を的確に教えてくれました。

最後の会計時も、合計金額を再度丁寧に計算して見せてくれて、レシートの金額も一つ一つ確認してくれました。全ての流れがとても丁寧で透明でした。

外国人に対してもとても親切で、全く嫌な顔をせず、常に笑顔で接してくれました！ 商品の価格も良心的で、店員さんの接客は本当に素晴らしかったです。仕事に対する真剣な姿勢に感謝しますし、楽しく買い物ができたことに心から感謝します。

とても印象に残るショッピング体験でした。このレビューが店員さんに届くかはわかりませんが、どうか毎日が素晴らしい日でありますように！

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m giving five stars and leaving this comment for the young female staff member with short hair at Michael Kors (sorry, I didn’t catch her name).

She was incredibly patient in answering all our questions and proactively shared store promotions with us. She offered help whenever needed, but never made us feel pressured.

She carried a calculator and tirelessly showed us the discounted prices of different items. She also carefully explained the functions of each bag, responsibly introducing the products and providing useful information — like showing similar styles in different colors or checking whether a bag could fit A4-sized items.

At checkout, she recalculated the total for us and thoroughly checked the amounts on each receipt, making the process clear and transparent.

She was extremely kind to us as foreign customers, never showing impatience, and always wearing a smile! The prices here are very reasonable, and her customer service was top-notch. Thank you for taking your job so seriously and for making our shopping experience so enjoyable!

It was truly an unforgettable shopping experience. I don’t know if she’ll see this review, but I sincerely wish her all the best and lots of...

Similar shops to other Mitsui outlets in Japan but definitely less crowded and chaotic, so it’s a more enjoyable experience for browsing.

Worth spending 5-6 hours here if you want some “concentrated” shopping time while in Sendai/Miyagi.

In general the selection of items on sale are a bit less than other Mitsui outlet stores in Japan (I visited the Mitsui outlet at Karuizawa (closer to Tokyo) the same week so could drew a fair comparison).

The staff may not speak as much English relative to other Mitsui outlet parks I’ve been to in Honshu/Kyushu/Shikoku, but are still very friendly and eager to help.

The food court offers a great variety.

Note not all shops offer tax-free for foreign shoppers.

Easily accessible by JR train from Sendai station and a 10min walk if you’re not...

I think it's a good place for shopping. A lot of brand stores available, and sometimes they give a big discount. It has a large parking lot, so don't worry. And if during your shopping you're hungry, there are some cafetaria with good smells. Free wifi available too. And if you are foreigner, some shops are tax free. So...
