水の広場、自由広場、ファミリー広場、スポーツ広場に分かれていて、和楽亭というお店もあります。

出入口はたくさんありますが、柵幅が狭く、ベビーカーや車椅子が通過しにくい出口が多いです。 大通り沿いの噴水ゲートが比較的広いです。

敷地内には手洗い・水飲み場は３つ。 トイレは２つ。 うち１つは誰でもトイレです。 公衆電話あり。 駐輪スペースあり。 災害時の給水ステーションにもなっているようです。

遊具は少なめで、散歩やスポーツをする人たちがメインの公園でした。 バスケットや野球など球技ができる公園です。 ファミリー広場ではイベントなどをやっている時があります。 ゴミ箱がところどころにありますが、ゴミがゴミ箱から溢れていて、それが風に飛ばされ散らかっていました。 ボランティアの方たちが清掃して下さっているようです。
