We stay in a Super room (which size wise-super small LOL), although the room is way too small for two people, it did not kill the joy to stay in this hotel.||||Firstly, they are so thoughtful and friendly to Female travelers. You got to choose 5 cosmetic items per night, including cleansing milk, leg relaxing sheet, masks, lotion, cotton.....etc. We stayed 3 nights, so we got to choose 15 items!! it was hard to decide which to pick!||||Secondly, for the price we stayed it, it was amazing to still include breakfast, although you cannot compare the quality to other greater hotel, it is still good enough to start your day, especially the pastries! They are warm, just made, and delicious! The only minor point is that the drink from the vending machine (free during breakfast time) is not tempting.||||Third, the area is just convenient in terms of the surrounding neighborhood and the connection to other spot. one of the best thing is that you can get to Shinkoiwa from Narita Airport in one line (only via Narita line Airport Express, which departs only 1-2 time every hour.) You only have to walk 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the station, and there are so many restaurant and shops in the area you don't have to worry getting a late dinner or snack. One extra thing is that, if you are going to Tokyo Disney Resort, you don't have to squeeze in the forever crowded Keiyo Line! And it only takes 30 minute to get to Maihama Station. It's just perfect if Disney is your main task of the trip. Shinkoiwa is also close to the city center, you can access to basically most of the big stations in utmost only 1 transfer.||||Forth, this hotel is probably the only hotel i knew so far that cares about eco-friendly so much. They compensates you if you help them to achieve the eco-friendly act such as not having the bed made and return the unused tooth brush. I personally think this is a role model that every hotel should learn and apply to practice.||||The one and only negative point is really only the size of the room. Even it is super room, and they designed it to become a sort of a twin-bed room. The space is just not enough for two people unless you are a family and share only one suitcase. We have two big luggage and have to put one on the desk and still we have limited space to move around...Not a good idea to stay here if you are doing...

Read moreWe stayed at Super Hotel Tokyo JR Shinkoiwa for 7 days and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Shinkoiwa Station and surrounded by shopping street, convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants. There is also a grocery nearby.
Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of bread and daily main dish options. The room was clean, compact (as expected for Japan), and efficiently designed with everything we needed, including a small table for work or dining.
One staff member who could speak Filipino was especially kind and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Do note that the hotel is a bit far from popular areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya, so travel time can take around 30–40 minutes. But if you prefer a less busy neighborhood, Shinkoiwa is a great choice, it has plenty of activity and local charm without the overwhelming crowds of Tokyo’s major tourist spots.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and warm...
