I never watched any Tora-san’s film but I’d read something about it in a tour guide. As I like to visit local and less touristy spots I decided to go and I was not disappointed. The museum is not big, but cute. The presentation of the cinematic adventures of Tora-san is very lively and fun. It made me want to watch the films. The museum staff is adorable and very helpful. I had a great experience at Tora-san Museum! There’s also a nice café where you can enjoy coffees and pastries. The settings were replicas from the show which is nostalgic even to me since we were so culturally close. The kitchen setting was so much like my old house’s kitchen.
Even though I didn’t watch the show but I was able enjoy its exhibitions and some clips from the show.
