I had to come here because they were doing a stamp rally, between four of the parks within the Yokohama area. I think that I will definitely be able to check this place out again in the future, because it's very relaxing and quiet, and a very nice place to go to relax. The problem is is that is very far away from any of the main stations, so I do suggest taking a bus to get here. Otherwise once you get here you have to take a long hike up a hill and there's a resident areas in order to get into the actual park, or if you had around to the other end, I believe the North end, is a bit easier to access.if they keep doing events, I think it would be very nice to visit all the parks!
Oh right, not to mention the staff at the center was very friendly, but a little surprised that a foreigner was going ahead and working with the stamp rally. But none the less, they don't speak that much English however they will work to help you if...

The park contains a Korean garden with a reproduction of a mountain villa like those frequented by Korean aristocrats before the 20th century. There are two main walking trails around the park. One hugs the edges of the ponds and provides a view of the ducks on the water. The other path meanders through the...
Read moreI went for cherry blossom season and really enjoyed the park ✨🎶 there are food trucks (at least on the weekend), several bathroom options, lots of space to walk around, athletic fields, and an area for kids (with a really really long slide!).. there were a lot of people with dogs so definitely heard the occasional barking and it’s a very used park for sure so don’t expect a quiet picnic 😂 but definitely recommend! Small warning: ⚠️ some of the toilets only have Japanese squat toilets. So if you can’t use them, you might need to walk a bit to get to a western style toilet. I took the bus from shitte station and it wasn’t too long or...
