After driving for two hours to reach Amman waves from the Dead Sea , me and my 9 years old kid and my friend and his 9 years old kid I reach the ticketing booth and I greeted the guy and told him I want tickets for two adults and two kids the guy in the ticketing booth looked at me in a very suspicious way and start looking to my friend and the kids and he came back to me telling me that you and the two kids can come in but not your friend I asked him are you joking because I thought this is very weird! and he told me again that my friend can’t come in I asked how come you allow me but not my friend and how come I enter with his kid but not him he simply told me it’s for couple only then I asked him how it’s couples but you allowing me as a male to come in but not my friend he kept responding rudely to me in a bad way I felt threatened from the way he was talking to me this experience I will never forget at Amman waves unfortunately they should hired someone else who can not be rude to clients And don’t...

It was really bad experience, they took ten minutes upon arrival to search our bags if we have food or drinks like ,it’s ok however we went inside , my wife she were inside the pool playing with my 2 years old daughter and suddenly she falls and she can’t swim ,for the god luck I noticed here and rescued here , and took her out then all the staff came , she fall in a comma for two minutes then we wake her up after one of the guests , involved as I think she is a doctor However after 30 minutes of resting from this bad experience I was upset as no one from the staffs came to ask if she is ok now or not I called the person in charge and I ask him why there is a rescuer and lifeguard if I have to rescue my wife , is this my job , he was cold and said yes this is not your job ,and I said immediately ok , then do your job ,

Hope this will not happened to anyone and I believe if I do not noticed her something bad will be happened and never...

My family and I had an incredible time at Amman Waves! This water park is a fantastic destination for both adults and children. The variety of swimming pools is impressive, especially the one with artificial waves. It was a hit with everyone! They also have dedicated kids' swimming pools, ensuring fun for the little ones.

The slides cater to all ages, making sure everyone in the family has a great time. The food options were another highlight of our visit. From Boston fried chicken and pizza to delicious char-grilled burgers, everything we tried was amazing. The prices were very reasonable, comparable to what you'd find in regular markets, not overpriced like typical tourist spots.

We also enjoyed the comfortable seating areas where we could relax and even enjoy a hookah. The entire experience was delightful, and I highly recommend Amman Waves to any family looking to enjoy a fun and memorable day of swimming...

The staff at Amman Waves were some of the most unpleasant and unprofessional I’ve ever encountered at a family venue. One employee fixated on my son’s branded Speedo swim shorts, repeatedly accusing them of being boxers, showing no awareness of a globally recognized swimwear brand. She also kept questioning whether my shirt was cotton or swimwear, turning what should have been a fun day into an interrogation. The tone was condescending, unwelcoming, and completely inappropriate for a place charging premium rates. On top of that, we were refused entry with the breakfast we had bought earlier, told to leave, eat it outside, and come back empty-handed—clearly to force us to buy their outrageously overpriced food inside. It felt less like customer service and more like being policed at every turn. And all of this happened despite paying a premium price of 83 JOD for just two adults and three small kids (ages 2, 5, and 6).

Don go there! It's a waist of your money! I honestly don’t understand why they even pay the staff or how they choose the clients… but let me just say this: it’s the most disgusting place ever! Trash everywhere — used diapers, old bottles, plastic bags, cigarette butts, even human waste. Nothing is clean, and there’s nowhere decent to sit. All the chairs look like they have never been cleaned. The only people who seem to be doing their job are the lifeguards. Everything else is an absolute disgrace. I can add 1000 pictures like this but you get the point!

Loved the place .. entry fees is worth it .. friendly and safe as guards & assistants are every .. the only thing is the prices of internal shopping is high .. also music plays even during prayer time which I consider a downfall .. music should be shut for at least 10 minutes for prayers .. the prayer area is the least neat place.. apart from that I recommend it fir families no matter what the age is ...
