If you want to request water twice and get ignored, to receive your grilled barbecue cold after waiting an hour and have to ask them to kindly heat it up before putting it on your table, (they throw it in the microwave for you, you order fresh food and receive microwave heated left out food.) If you want to receive burgers and fries cold and fries soggy 1.5 hours later. And have every member of your family receive their cold soggy meal at a different time while others receive nothing (only watch and wait for two hours) then come sit at this nicely decorated so called restaurant with no decency. The pizzas are also cold, dry and the cheese had changed color from being left out, not to mention the awful quality of the ingredients. Oh and if you ask for a coffee, expect the sugar and milk to arrive after it either gets cold or after you've finished drinking it black. You will have to ask for it several times. Never again.. I've been here for like 5 times over the past 2 years ... here is my fair review 😊

Location and ambiance : good with a great view.. spaces for parking .. they have added paid valey for no reasons actually (cost 2 jods) 🫣

Food: It is tasty but not exceptional.. takes time to prepare and deliver, especially on weekends

Staff: friendly sometimes over friendly reaches annoyance 😅 I suggest going professional friendly.. that is enough

Prices and bills: i kept this to last as here we we start having issues .. Prices are higher than other restaurants, which is somehow justified due to being a part of the hotel .. I'm just saying .. now for the bills... 🚨 in all of my visits, they have added items or number of items thaybi did not order, and I have to return it back to be fixed ... thus makes it clearly intended, and it's. It comfy at all, and when you find this out, they start to be grumpy .. don't know why ...
