I donāt recommend for a party. My son really wanted his party at jump although I tried convincing him to have it else where. First and foremost Ā£14.50 per child for 1 hour and 45 minutes, chicken nuggets and chips most likely from large, cheap, frozen bags. The communication from the day I booked to the day of the party was quite poor. There was no care or attentiveness from the staff. I arrived a little earlier to set up my sonās cake and drop off the goodie bags and his balloon. I was told the room wasnāt ready and to wait for the party host. I became very agitated stood there with bags and a ballon, watching several members of staff stood behind reception chatting! Clearly no work was getting done! The party was due to start at 12.45 however I found that the guests and I were still waiting to go in at 12.50. The host finally appeared only to tell me that room still isnāt ready and that the party before us had only left half an hour prior to that moment. Surely half and hour is enough time to reset a small room? Perhaps if staff werenāt stood on the reception desk messing around the room wouldāve been ready sooner! The young lady told me we donāt get the room until an hour into the party. I just wanted to put our things somewhere! She couldāve at least offered to take some things from me and put them somewhere safe! Eventually I told the guests to go in and play whilst my sonās father and I took it upon ourselves to start setting up the room ourselves until a male member of staff came in and took over, by himself.. to be fair Iām not sure what his name was but he was the only helpful member of staff. He told me to take the presents to reception and the staff should keep them somewhere safe. I walked all the way from the party room to reception with a lot of presents only for one of the ladies to sigh and basically tell me that they canāt keep the presents. I then walked all the way back from reception to the party room with the presents, annoyed by the waste of time and energy. After all of that chaos, when I just wanted to relax and enjoy my sons party with him I had staff chasing me for a feedback questionnaire! And here it is, my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally good fun for little ones, great price for parents/carers too. First time there & pleasantly surprised with all that was on offer, so much that we didn't get time to venture everywhere inside. The little ones I took were 3 & almost 2 years old, which is quite young for the things they wanted to play on. Although when I saw it advertised online I thought I could see what looked to be trampolines & that's what I thought it was going to be. Not one trampoline in sight however so perhaps completely my own error, honestly not sure but the kids enjoyed themselves regardless. There were however a couple of much older kids who were dominating the one bouncy castle, the one looked about 13 & was a giant in comparison to all the other kids on it & another smaller lad kept climbing up the wrong way & blocking the access to anyone on it, they did this repeatedly, but when I told them to stop it they started jumping on the end of it making all the kids lose their grip & footing making it impossible for any of the other kids to climb through it. When I told them to stop it again the one lad got chopsy with me & told me he didn't care. All of the smaller kids on it didn't go on it again & more than one kid climbed off hurt & crying at which point we decided to leave. It's honestly not fun having to babysit or control others kids because nobody seems to be watching them or checking on them. I think these places should hire staff to walk around & monitor behaviour so anyone acting out of line can be dealt with swiftly, similar to a lifeguard at a pool. Or perhaps they should limit the numbers allowed in at one time as the place was reasonably quiet then next minute it was chaos & I lost the little man's shoes & they weren't handed in so I had to leave without them. They have since rang me to say they've found them but hoping they can post them as it's a long journey for a...
Read moreThis was my first visit to jump, on entrance the main play was empty but we were there to use the toddlers play area. Very disappointing to see the age of some of the play stuff and most of what was posted of the owners photos are not even there! The sensory unit most of the equipment again not there, or damaged. On the way out, after only 40 minutes, we stopped at the ball pond on the main play. There was a big rip on the undermat where our toddlers were catching their feet a boy little older than ours, manager to get his whole head, shoulder and arm under there which his mother found funny, this is all wrong. The main point of attractions the bouncy castles, dinosaurs bounce and the climbing wall were all flat, electric switched off and only on at the weekends!!! However, we were still charged full entrance fee. No notices were displayed advising us of this and we were not informed on paying at the entrance so we had the option of going elsewhere...which is what my family and friends will be doing in the future. This you find out when yiu see a pile of rubber flat on the for with a note around it "NOT IN USE" This place need an overhaul, equipment needs to be put back in and prices reduced when the bouncy castle ect. are "not in use". A very disappointing first trip for us all and embarrassing for me when I've asked my friends to meet me there as I've heard so many good reports about it. Also for 2 tea's, 3 twix and 2 milkyways £9, then asked me if I would pick other stuff to make it to £10, which I said no, I was not happy at being charged the 9. I then had to give him my card to take the £9...after all the embarrassment I fitted the bill to make things right with my friends, this day worked out be a very expense one for...
