Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Came here for breakfast for a catch up with a friend and was told its a limited menu due to unforeseen circumstances but they could do beans egg bacon sausage so only allowed to sell breakfast rolls, not the breakfast yet they were serving everything on the breakfast. No logic whatsoever and really inflexible I wasnt asking for anything they werent serving. Ended up costing my friend more for a roll than a small breakfast and due to my issue with bread I had to stick with coffee as the server told me she couldn't swap anything despite always having done at other morrisons cafes. Then for the girl to walk into the restaurant and rant unprofessionally to her colleague about being given no breaks so shes not doing the job of 10 people despite there being plenty of staff was lovely for the customers. Seems they are allowed to implement their own rules which makes for inconsistency. Wont be back...

Extremely poorly managed. Something goes wrong on every visit, and I cant understand why. Got the order wrong (from the self service menu) and had to explain twice what the dish is supposed to come with. Tables were dirty, mugs were dirty & the table numbers hadn't been replenished on the self service menu.

I'd understand if it was busy or the food was high quality & freshly prepared, but the food is evidently cooked hours before (fried bread tastes like I'm biting into crunchy, stale bread), so there's really no excuses. I know the majority of the customers are the elderly, or young families, but have some pride in your service and don't be lazy and cut whatever corners you can.

Wouldn't even have put 1 start but I didn't really have a choice, anyway... I asked for a cooked breakfast and was served completely raw mushrooms, freezing cold beans, sausage&bacon! Disgusting. I asked for fresh mushrooms to be cooked and I got served a bowl of chewy boiling hot microwaved mushrooms. WOULD...
