I am a loyal customer of AEON. My purchases are always full trolleys of food items, and I can say that I visit AEON almost daily, particularly the food section on the ground floor. However, on numerous occasions, I have felt rather dissatisfied with the attitude and conduct of some staff members.
Once, I politely asked if I could dispose of a single plastic bag, and was shouted at directly in the face with, "BUANG SANA LAHH.”
As I often purchase food items in bulk, I have repeatedly been passed from counter to counter, seemingly because the staff were unwilling to scan the many items. On one occasion, I was told to move to another counter with reasons such as: “This counter is cash only, no card” (while I saw others being allowed to pay by card), or “Your many items will slow down other customers, please proceed to another counter.” Since when has such reasoning become an official justification for AEON to disregard one customer’s rights in favour of another? Is AEON’s policy truly to discriminate between customers?
Because of my frequent bulk purchases, I have also been subjected to sarcastic remarks, whispering among staff while looking at me, and even condescending behaviour. Is this how AEON treats your loyal customers? And is it wrong or shameful to spend generously at your store?
Just today, another incident occurred. A cashier mistakenly keyed in the wrong price, and I was left standing for nearly half an hour without any explanation. When the error was corrected, I was told there was yet another mistake, which caused further waiting. After such a long delay, all I received was a casual remark: “Sorry ya, Miss." At the very least, staff should sincerely express regret for wasting a customer’s time, not respond as though nothing had gone wrong. *Staff members must be trained to handle such issues with proper skill and effective communication.
In conclusion, I sincerely hope AEON will provide proper training and close supervision of your staff. I truly wish to continue shopping at AEON, but I urge you to improve these matters.
Yours faithfully, A...
Read moreTypical Aeon mall;there are Aeon department stores, drugstores,Mr DIY,uniqlo, kids entertainment area,a big karaoke, foodcourt, etc. foodcourt is spacious with many seatings and clean. Many food stalls but they’re pretty expensive, way more expensive than in KL and Selangor. A sizzling noodle costs RM8 here than the RM6.50 in Aeon Cheras Selatan and they only have one choice of noodle type. Entry/exit to parking could have been better, exit is easy towards Jalan Tun AZA. Parking space are plenty but mostly full on weekends so you’d have to make a few rounds before you can find an empty lot. The ticket payment machine is like ‘once in a blue moon’,there’s only one at each entrance and it’s always out of order when there’re like 10 people lining up. Air conditioning is good(imagine Vivacity airconds) perhaps bcos it’s a new mall. There is plus size clothing section in the department store and they carry the brand Colza as well.I hardly find that brand here in Malaysia or is it just me. They sell pretty outfit and their items are usually available in selected street boutiques in Japan. I do feel McDonalds and Auntie Anne’s should have open a store here then it would be perfect. Overall, you’d get a good shopping experience here anyway....
Read moreI am a regular visitor. I drink coffee or tea at there are roth the Coco cafe which is in front of the counters of the supermarket. The first impression of the mall is welcoming and spacious. The car parks basement is well led and could be familarised after a few visits.. As you walk along it's ground floor there are rows of sofas here and there suitable for everyone who want to rest comfortably. The mall is generous because of its spacious verandas and spacious supermarket . The racks are characterized and with a height visible and safe to reach.. Whatever again, come and experience yourselves. My last words would be, bring your own smart phones with you and you might capture some interesting scenes and of course listen to your own favourite themes. Just to tell you, they hasn't offer any music that could attract me to synchronize with. Enjoy yourselves and explore into the mall to experience whatever you like and whatever...
