The play area is very clean with a bright and colorful theme and has a merry go round, several trampolines, two tracks for pushing kids cars around, a play area for younger kids with colorful seeds to play like sand. Also there is a large interactive touch screen kids can throw balls at to play. There is also a giant ball pit area with slides, rock climbing section, Velcro fly suit section and basketball hoops. Lastly, there are some small roleplay rooms, such as doctor clinic with props, a kids party room for hosting birthday parties and some swings, and a roundabout. The play equipment is single storey, so not as big as Dream Town, but it has gaps for the parents to raise their heads, so its more comfortable for supervising parents.

I have been at funtastic world with my son since it has opened and its been great. However a few months ago they installed unsafe air blasters.

I measured the excessive noise level from air blaster guns at 120 decibels. I reported these to management months ago but no action done. Maximum hearing limit at this volume is 12 seconds per week for adults.

This blaster goes on continuously for the children at the softplay for hours and will result in hearing loss.

I hope you can prioritise the children hearing safety and reduce the volume of these blasters or remove them completely. Until then I cannot bring my son back due to the risk to...
