I dono why everyone is giving 5star, I myself feel very disappointed with the wagyu quality, the video and pic of famous ppl post on their social media has a better quality then what you really will have here. the wagyu quality is so poor most of them are abit tough can't even crew and swallow properly. and the meat quality to me some are keep very long isn't fresh already. I order the wagyu platter the menu show those parts but when it serve got 2parts show on menu doesn't even have they just randomly serve other parts for u. honestly the meat are tasteless doesn't even feel nice at all I dono why, and the other menu I try I also just average not nice. just normal recipe grill with garlic or cheese or mentai,not tasty at all, for this kind of nice environment,price and 10% service charge they don't even help you to change your plates, the apps can't even check back what you order. the staff also will send wrong order, honestly it's just a terrible experience to me because of high expectations end up disappointed. to be very honest none of their food I order I felt very wow very nice, totally none of them. when I booked on WhatsApp I want to hav more info their staff also can't reply professionally,just ya ok like that. I am disappointed with the service and the food quality today. There were days when the food is actually tasty but today isn't one of those days. My beef noodle soup was bland, while my entourage said their orders were so-so. Our boxing chicken was never served while our dry beef noodle was replaced by Sapporo noodles because they prepared the wrong thing in the kitchen.
