This may sound petty, but as a long-term customer here, I would like the cafe to take note on its service.

First of all, as I was ordering, I pointed out I wanted the hot cheese espresso instead of cold, but got served cold instead. It's okay (I'll just take it since it's already made).

Secondly, when I was about to make payment, this cup costs RM12 instead of RM8 as shown on the menu. The lady told me that the menu they gave to me was an old one, the new one is not updated! WHAT? She should have at least told me. When I asked what would be the new price, she said RM10. Then why is the total RM12?

Coming to my third point, she said for large, have to add RM2. Did I asked for large?? You could have at least inform your customer beforehand that there is a need to add on a small fee if I upgraded to large and given me the choice to upgrade it or not. I wasn't informed at all in the first place and DID NOT specify for a large cup.

Cons: -Please not separately paying cashier for some menu (once i already paid for my order suddenly your cashier said to my father in law there were some menu not paid yet! my fil paid for that and it was not worthly which is bihun tomyum paid as per RM24.90???? And no receipt given. I was nearby on there why your cashier not asking me???) -very slowly serving (3 times asking for my bihun which is only serve me the tomyum soup only) why not serve at one time? -please put sign where is toilet be. I had a great experience with Muar Art Cafe. The service was quick, im ordering 3 drinks and one dessert. The special coffee brew is quiet strong for me, but the chocolate ice taste good. Chocolate cake absolutely amazing as recommended.

The staff especially Doreen was extremely helpful and friendly. The ambiance was great and definitely lived up to my expectations.This is a must-try if you are looking for a nice cozy place for tea time and lunch.

Happy that finally Baskbear coffee officially open their 3rd outlet in Muar Johor! My favorite as always, caramel hazelnut machiato and Matcha cream frappe. Well guys, if you are in Muar or travelling to Muar, dont forget to drop by at Muar Art Gallery and buy their art coffee with the very reasonable price. Eventhough it just a coffee stall, they have the very strategic place because its attached to a shop lot where you can have your relax and order side food and snacks. MUST COME!!

Well guys, if you are in Muar or travelling to Muar, dont forget to drop by at Muar Art Gallery and buy their art coffee with the very reasonable price.
