Homestay Muar Long Stay — Hotel in Johor

Can be consider as the cheapest homestay ive known and stay..

The room is small but clean and tidy.. No weird smell either.. The beds are a bit bigger and wider than standard single bed.. Since the homestay are away from city or main road and in neighborhood area, its quiet here so you wont hear unnecessary noise.. There's ash tray at outside if want to smoking...

There's no private toilet, only shared toilet available but the toilet is clean and no stain, smell whatsoever.. There's also a shared pantry that you can use, it even have water dispenser and coffee barista but no cooking stove..

Price per room still can be considered cheap even for deluxe room.. So, i have no complaint for room size..

Great exp for backpackers or for someone who doesnt mind about small room.. But maybe not suitable for families...

Perfect homestay consider the price paid and available car park. Recommend others to stay here. Only one frustrating thing but not their fault.

A tenant parked inside the long carpark, I park infront of him. He told staff he needs to go out, my car blocking. Fine immediately I came down to remove my car. Waited outside over 20minutes before he appear/ remove his car.... so I can park in & he park infront of me. Told him 7:30am next day I need to depart. 7.30am told Longstay staff wake him up to move his car. Staff knocked his door several time still refuse to move. I called office twice, he still refuse to move till about 8:20am finally he came out to drive away.

Stayed for 1 night on end of Oct 2017 Booked the Prada Room for rm130 (ground floor). Big room. Comfort & clean. Air-con functioned well, tv 32 inch is ok, water heater also in good functional This homestay had around 10 rooms available, recommended for big family gathering / stay Parking garage can accommodate up to 4 cars in the house, but can also park outside. The house is end lot, the neighborhood area had no dogs loitering / scattering around, safe. Location is not far from Muar town / Dataran Tg Mas. Just nice for Muar travellers Overall OK, just maybe should put mini wardrobe to hang clothes / mini fridge in the Prada room. Definitely will stay again when travel to...
