I should giv a 0 start, file issue at morning get reply at afternoon. Ms Vivian comform report my issue at 12pm,after this all day no reply and wait untill 3pm ask me to call another department to chase my issue.. Wait for another hour and someone call me saying that I need to pay rm150 for them to check.. Alright and say only can be here by nxt day. Sat morning arrive find out is compressor fail. And been told warehouse not open today I have to wait until monday. (I have to pay for transport and not fixing anything at all now.) You dint know you are running bussiness with F&D izzit?
Sale person not follow up and push to service department, now service department say that you should call us early so I can arrange yest. (once I'm open shop at the morning 10am, I start calling and look for service) now is all become customer problem. Not your system fail to follow up and let your customer knowing in advance while there is no one coming.
For all new cusotmes you need to knw if your product fail. You have to pay in advance for transportation just to check. And your sales person may not tell you in advance until the end of the day, and wait till the end service department only say that "oh you not pay so we not coming" . (I don't even been notice I must pay frist until the end of the day.
Important things is, event service coming to you, your fridge may not been fix at that day. So you pay for nothing. But angry...
Weekend office are not working but asking payment is work. Sunday morning ask me for payment first but is not coming today. Have to wait for Monday office open only can do it. (say becos I'm urgent so they collect payment first, not fixing my chiller?) and I'm still have to wait until monday.. So great...
