To visit Padang Kemunting Turtle Conservation Centre from Melaka, you can use the pink public bus, M23 from Melaka Sentral to Pengkalan Balak via Masjid Tanah, for RM3.40 each way, taking approximately 1.5 hours. Bus M23 terminates at Pengkalan Balak TM Submarine Cable Landing Station near the Pengkalan Beach police station.
